John Chambers tried to sell us one about 1948 or so but we were warned by an engineering firm of the design fault so did not buy. Other peoples experiences soon proved the engineering firm right. Otherwise they were a well designed and made tractor, and the forty something HP was a useful step up from the other tractors of the day - the Farmall M, Case DC, Massey 101 Senior and Fordson etc all topped out at around the mid 30s HP. Nice to see the green Turner still in action.
